WEC Ocala VI Winners

"Hard work beats talent, when talent doesn't work hard ..." 🙌🏻 Congratulations to our huge team this week, to their hard work, and their huge results during WEC Ocala VI in Ocala, Florida. 💙❤️💛

The ponies made their presence known! Stella Roina and Garden Party picked up two championships, one in the Low Children’s Hunter Ponies and the other in the Equitation, 11 and under, section. All told, the pair took home five blue ribbons!

Buckaroo Express and Logan Mozingo finished with a bucketful of ribbons in the Small Pony section, including a second, third and fourth over fences. Logan also earned impressive placings in the Pony Equitation. Fly Away’s Pippi Longstockings picked up a beautiful blue ribbon in the Short Stirrup Hunters with Sophie Stofko in the irons.

In the Low Children’s, it was Caletto and Hampton Tillman who enjoyed great performances. In addition to ribbons in the hunters, Hampton placed second and fourth in the equitation over fences classes.

Anders Paulson and Balou De Nous continued to earn ribbons in the jumpers, taking an impressive third in an Open 1.20m class and ribbons in the Low Amateur 1.20m Jumpers. Likewise, Kathryn Mc Carthy and Carramar C jumped double-clear, taking ninth in the NAL Low Junior/Amateur 1.25m Jumper Classic.

Kristin Paulson and her new jumper Emontros After Party made their debut together, jumping confidently in the .85m for a ribbon to celebrate their new partnership.

In the equitation, Stuart Ramsey rode Jockamo Z to excellent ribbons in the Children’s Equitation, as did Lillian Cain with Suits You. Olivia Lonneman rode Quiro Van’t Laar to ribbons in the Adult medal classes, and fellow adult Hailey Pendl also collected top placings in the equitation, with impressive rounds in the Adult Equitation as well as the Adult Amateur Hunter, 18-35, section aboard Reko Suave.
